The Wasabi praline:
A culinary and captivating chocolate praline that combines exquisite chocolate with wholesome wasabi grown in Österlen, Sweden. A good excuse to eat chocolate in a new context!

Our wide range of assorted chocolates, truffles and other chocolate products change and flavors come and go. Yet some come to stay as they appeal strongly to us and our customers. In our "chocolate factory" there is an ongoing developing process and we constantly experiment with new flavors and ingredients. Below we display some of our products which are very popular amongst our customers.

Anna Ferreira is a skilful potter in Ludaröd, a few kilometers from Lödahus.

A gift box composed of local handicrafts from the area, containing a ceramic chocolate cup made by Anna Ferreira in Ludaröd and free of choice chocolate drink made from the finest Venezuelan criollo beans.

 

These traditional and characteristic chocolate drinks are fairly unique in northern Europe.

Traditional hot chocolate drinks ready to mix with ½ liter of milk or water. Every drink carry characteristics from the respective country. Every bag makes 2 cups of chocolate! Following flavors are readily available at the moment:

Hot chocolate drink from the Caribbean flavored with raw muscovado sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg. You add your own egg yolk to attain the thicker consistency.

Hot chocolate drink from Brazil sweetened with muscovado sugar carrying elements of coffee. The raw sugar presents a pleasant and "round" sweet aroma.

Hot chocolate drink from Mexico made the "original" way from freshly ground cocoa beans flavored with muscovado sugar and almonds. Slightly coarse in texture.

Hot chocolate drink from Spain with the characteristic Spanish thickness. It's usually served with churros, which reminds a little bit of donuts.

A pure Grand Cru hot chocolate drink with no additional flavors and a cocoa content of 65%. Enjoy it pure with milk or water, or experiment with your own favorite flavors!
